CMS Consultants respects the rights of its members to share their intellectual property with other members but to retain any and all copyrights to any such shared material.

Publication of copyrighted material on the CMS Consultants website is with the permission of the copyright owner. Brief quotations from copyrighted material, allowed by the rules of fair use, is always accompanied by proper citation and credit to the original source.

The CMS Consultants website includes at least three kinds of copyright material.

• Material copyright by CMS Consultants, Inc.
  This is material prepared by CMS Consultants paid staff or contributed to CMS Consultants, by members or others.
• Material copyright by members.
  This carries an explicit copyright statement naming the authors.
• Material copyright under a Creative Commons license
  (e.g., no derivatives, attribution required, or public domain).

There also should be a statement of CMS Consultants website copyright, probably in the footer of every page. It should be Creative Commons unless otherwise indicated?
