Statement of Purpose
Serving as the organization's technology experts, advise on and facilitate technology adoption by CM Professionals to enable and optimize internal operations and communications with internal and external constituencies.
Objectives
- Determine requirements to maintain and enhance technology-enabled services of CM Professionals in several key areas:
- Member enrollment and member management infrastructure
- Technology employed to create and manage CM Professionals website, including content authoring, content management and alternate delivery channels (RSS feeds, etc)
- Member communications infrastructure such as listservs
- Serve as technology consultants to other MC functions, assisting them in enlisting task-specific volunteers for projects that necessitate additional or enhanced technological capabilities
- Actively participate in the development of Policies and Procedures for technology use within CM Professionals
