CMS Consultants Scenarios

Scenarios are a small set of use cases to help website designers test the user experience. CMS Consultants will be conducting online user research (remote usability testing with a screen sharing tool and screen recorder. See collaboration tools). Test subjects will attempt to complete one or more of the tasks in these scenarios while we record the screen events during the test session. Scenarios also help website designers to imagine how archetypal personas will perform in various scenarios.
